Grand Prize:
      Naoki Urasawa (浦沢   直樹), for [『PLUTO』, a.k.a. Purūtō 『プルートウ』], serialized in Big Comic Spirits [Biggu komikku supirittsu ビッグコミックスピリッツ] (Shōgakukan 小学館), based on a story arc in Astro Boy titled "The biggest robot on Earth," by Osamu Tezuka (手塚   治虫) [24 points]
